Please choose a user ID that you would like to use on the TalkTerms site. This ID will not be used in the messages you pass back and forth, so you don't have to worry about coming up with a cryptic user ID -- your last name would be fine, or anything else you want to use.
- It must be between 4 and 100 characters long
- You may use any combination of letters, numbers and the underline ("_") character.
- It may not contain dashes, spaces or other punctuation.
User IDs are treated case-insensitively. That is, to this system jeff_gn, JEFF_GN and jEFf_Gn all refer to the same user. This way, you don't have to remember the exact case you used when you signed up.
Examples:
- Valid user IDs: joseph_ray, forth, clarkson, tth22
- Invalid user IDs: joseph-ray (dash not allowed), hal@2001 (@ not allowed), toy boat (space not allowed)
