We work exclusively with our partners at CCODR, an industry leading panel of experts. In addition, they work to an approved code of conduct whose Core principles are enshrined within the International Council for Online Dispute Resolution standards and which defines a set of minimum standards in respect of the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) process and also in respect of Adjudication, Arbitration & Mediation specifically. The panel are all fully trained in using our platforms to provide added piece of mind.
All members of the CCODR panel are certified professionals. Whether they are a Mediator, an Arbitrator, an Adjudicator, or an Early Neutral Evaluator, they all must firstly evidence that they are qualified to the highest industry standards and thereafter evidence their continuing professional development compliance.
Parties’ peace of mind is essential and consequently every member of the panel must hold insurance for their particular area of practice.
Every panel member understands the need for effective communication and a smooth delivery of their service. All panel members can be contacted directly, after appointment and will guide users through the process in a transparent and totally confidential manner.
Each panel member has been exclusively trained to use TalkTerms Engage, thereby enhancing the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) process. This ensures all users are able to fully contribute to resolving their dispute, and are seamlessly connected throughout the process.
Pure Engineering Group is a full-service mechanical engineering company which has been operational for more than 22 years. The original company M&M Services was set up by the three Mallon brothers Padraig, Sean and Martin to deliver commercial ventilation services. Soon afterwards Pure Vent was established to service the specialised commercial kitchen sector.
In 2023 the company delivered a major rebrand and company alignment with both Pure Vent and M&M Services being brought in under the one parent brand as divisions of ‘Pure Engineering Group’.
For simplification M&M Services was renamed ‘Pure Mechanical’ with an expanded service offering including plumbing services. Pure Vent remained as Pure Vent and another division ‘Pure Fabrication’ was added to the business to manage the growing product portfolio.
Pure Fabrication was established to focus on the growing product range available both through the other divisions or as standalone purchases for customers.
